the TI pressure sensor, anyone know anything about it? can it messure vacuum? how sensitive is it? can i find specs online? thnx!

According to the pnumatics manual, its supposed to be a TI 5CP3-7, but as far as i can see no such part exists.

They r supposed to be 0-130 psi, 0-5v porportional output. Thats all i know.

from the looks of things it looks like the 67 CP model, which the site says has a 1.5% error rate, so at 130ps its ~1.8 psi error. I'd also suppose that when the compressor is on, then reading are innacurate, watch the gage when you power up to see why. I've tried 5cp3-7 and all varients their of, and I do find a few sites in japanise. I dont know what they're saying though. for ti, though, "CP3" is some type of input pin on a TMS370Cx36 8-BIT MICROCONTROLLER, maybe first confused the "transducer" with a electroinc componet of the transducer... or its a proprietary part #...
