Has FIRST released the 2004 Consent and Release Form for the competitions yet? We couldn't find it on the FIRST site anywhere. Or will people going to the competition even need to sign the release form?

FIRST will release it soon as they have done in the past.

Yes, you will need to turn in your package of all forms at the FIRST regional and have a copy available at all other events for your backup in case they misplace your records.
