What type of autonomous mode program are you using?

So the basic options are:

Wall Following
Line Following
Dead Reckoning (moving, no sensors)
IR Beacon Homing
Dead Reckoning (just sitting there, no sensors)
If you think you'll be doing more than one, select all that apply.
