What do people use for the little wheels on their omni wheels?

i think you may be able to use the bi=product of a hole saw used in aluminum

But would need some kind of coating, I havn't delved deep into the rules, but I assume Metal->Surface contact isn't wanted.

The rollers on our omni wheels (used on ball drive) last year were made of neoprene and delrin.

I'll refer you to the white paper about them.

we are using (kinda feels funny admitting it) K'nex plastic wheels and a rubber o-ring that fits in to the plastic wheel. We though about using small rollerblade wheels (here's a link : http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=inline+wheels+64mm ) but they were too wide for our wheel. It kinda depends on the diameter of your wheel, but both of those are options

Yes, Greg's team "#0000" used that ;) ;)
