Hi all, here are today's 3 Questions...

1. What strategic maneuver did Chief Delphi use against Beatty and Hammond in the 1997 National Finals, that allowed for them to defeat Beatty in the second match?

2. What motor (not servo's) found in the kit in 2001 were square shaped and allowed for slightly over 180° of movement?

3. What year were flight sticks first issued with the kit?

1. Blocked them from getting to the HP station to fill up on tubes until the last 30 seconds of the match. It was a real nail biter to watch, I love that video!

2. That crappy orange Torque motor. We never used it.

1. Blocking the HP station for the majority of the match and then making a dash... great playing!
2. Bellimo Torque motor (they make great paper weights)

1. They blocked the HP station until the very last second. They counted on the fact that they could score faster then the other team. However, Beatty was faster and that's why they won matches 1 and 3. However, in match two, Beatty tried to manually pick up tubes instead of waiting right by the player's station, and thus Chief Delphi was able to score faster and win the second match.
