View Full Version : The Last All-Nighter
It all comes down to this...
We have a few more scenes to create and basically one more day to do it. It's a Saturday so I can basically stay up all night with no consequences to pay at work and a Sunday to put on the finishing touches. If it doesn't get done tonight and tomorrow it doesn't make the competition.
Let's get it on!

A few more scenes?? you mean you've gotta create all of the objects, environment, textures, etc., and animate whatever characters you have in it? Good luck, I hope you finish it. Just remember to leave enough time to render (and upload).

Oops sorry.
I meant to finish . We have almost all of the essentials and are mostly working out the bugs and such. I am confident all will turn out well.

Stayed up till 5 am. Monday working and converting to .mov-
Still feeling the effects (sleepy)-
Hope things went well for you.

I finished it but I wasn't totally happy with the results. Couldn't convert Inventor files to be used in Max (too large) and had to hastily make a robot for the last scene. The stupid thing kept falling apart every time I moved it and at the end of the movie you can see it pulling itself apart.
How embarrassing.
Had the same problem with the mad scientist's glasses as well.
Sorry dude, I know how that last min animation stress really gets to a person. I also respect the choice to submit an ok animation instead of not anything at all.
<As you can see, my bio clock is all messed up from Monday- I'm more awake in the early morning than in school :o >
