help with shipping

I just got back from a trip to europe and was informed that I need to arrange for shipping

So I'm a little lost, and have a few questions

Where exactly am I sending it to? The competition or the drayage company?
Do we pay for Drayage?
How do I arrange for fedex to pick up the crate, and how much heads up do they need?

I'm sure that most of these qustions are answered in the fedex/shipping packet that came in the kit, but its at the school...
