Like my team wants to keep all of the text lined up on every page and on every page the text jumps around in different places and it would be easier if we did not have to fix it all the time.

Can you post links to some pages that demonstrate this behavior?
My first though was that you were refering to what I see on Chief Delphi. Because CD doesn't provide height and width attributes for its IMG elements, the browser doesn't know ahead of time how large an image is that it will be displaying, and it is unable to reserve space on screen for the image. The result is that as the browser finally receives the images, it has to move text and table borders around in order to make room for the actual sizes of the images. (Brandon, is there anything vB allows you to do to fix this?)

Well my team just wants to make our webpage line up so we do not have to adjust everything all the time. Everytime we create a new page everything is jumping so it is hard to make new pages. If you want further clarification you can e-mail my team's webmaster he would really appreciate the help. His e-mail address is jonathanmcintosh@mac.com. Thanks for all of your help it is greatly appreciated

OOOOOOOOOOOHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
You're talking about YOUR website, and not ChiefDelphi.com, right?
I was confused there.
But to answer gwross:
vBulletin doesn't specify height/width for the graphics to save a little bandwidth. They talked about doing it at one point in time, but never got around to it, I think. For me to fix it, I'd have to edit a ton of html... something I don't have time for right now :)

to help we'll need a few things.
a) a link
b) what browser you're using
c) what resolution you're running at
then maybe we can help with the "jumping text"

These are technical questions that I have no clue. The email of the webmaster is jonathanmcintosh@mac.com. If you ask him he will know all these types of things
