How in the world could that have worked with the bent shaft. I hope you didn't run it like that. Spare Parts had tons of Van Doors and you can really swap those out fast.

You can't swap them out as quickly when the driving gear is tack welded to the motor output shaft :)

You can't swap them out as quickly when the driving gear is tack welded to the motor output shaft :)Sorry, missed that tack. Anyway, this was about the zip tie spacer. We've done that before (last year in testing). So many times it seems to be just the right width. :D
