Roller Chain

Is there any easy way to accomplish this in Inventor? What about similar non-rigid objects such as cable and wiring?

But to add to this... how are parts like these made in Inventor? Is there a good resource for learning the more advanced aspects of Inventor? I've been looking around, but haven't found any real good books...
