What is China?

the "yo-yo" name derives from the phillipines however the toy cam from China. Chinese kids played with two wood, metal, or potery disks fashioned together with a small rod and painted, then a piece of string tied to the rod and the other end to a finger. Gees... I never thought a project on "STRANGE FACTS OF CHINA" would pay off from 9th grade.
