Paul,
I won't know if Team 330 as a whole is interested until after our travel team meeting tomorrow night (already? yikes!). But I do know that we are staying near the airport and taking MARTA to the competition area. At present, we are not planning to have any vehicles. So obtaining any of the above and transporting it to the venue could be difficult for us. We won't know for sure until we get there. I know of at least a couple of teams with similar plans.
Ca$h however, is easily transportable and most of us will be carrying some in any case. Would there be an option to contribute financially instead of materially? That could make a difference in what we decide to do.

Chris,
We'll see what kind of response we get on this forum, but I suspect we won't be collecting any money from anyone. When we run out of food, we run out. The more food people bring, the better the chance we will not run out.

I'll talk to the rest of Wildstang to figure out what we can bring, but you can probably count on us for some of the items. Unfortunately Dottie can't make the casserole this time since there's no place to cook it. I'll get back to you tomorrow.

I'm too late, that's what I was going to volunteer. I guess we'll have to step up and bring some of the more difficult items. Do you need any more tables, how 'bout another grill? We're talking about what we can bring, but it looks like we'll be able to get some of the refrigerated/frozen goods. Still waiting for confirmation from more team members though.
I will definitely be there, but as with Chris, we will be walking or taking MARTA, and Im not sure that we would be able to carry much, if anyone besides myself even decided to come.

Hey Paul ...
Team 27 will be there (all of us, again) ... do you think you could beat us there this time? tee hee ... love you guys ... Anyway ... we can bring whatever! Our hotel will be just a stone throw away from a Cosco ... we were planning on 5-6 dozen muffins ... is that what you want? Let us know at the competition what you want. We have a few parents who would love to spend ours and other peoples money! :D
Please let us know what else you need. Paul (Woodie jr.) - your efforts are truly appreciated ... as I told you in Chicago, "I understand your life"!
Go FIRST!!! And hey - give your wife a big (not too big ... we want the baby to stay put - and I know how hard you hug ... my back still isn't straight) for being such a trooper. She is Wood"ette" jr. in my books! Gosh - to be married to you, she should be Wood"ette" Superior!
Love ya, Paul!
Kyle and Dennis (and yes, he loves you too ... he just requested a hug as well) :D
Guess what I am bringing... (hint (http://www.mapquest.com/directions/main.adp?go=1&1a=633%20Evans%20Street,%20SW&1c=atlanta&1s=ga&1z=&1y=US&do=nw&1ex=1&2ex=1&src=maps&ct=NA&2a=%5b1%2d50%5d%20GEORGIA%20DOME%20DR%20NW&2c=ATLANTA&2s=GA&2z=30313&2y=US&2pn=&2l=gHkn7vfAn1U%3d&2g=yG8hodTpcLY%3d)) :D

Hmmm, you must be bringing Dunkin Donuts Dave!
Or perhaps Krispy Kremes... I'm really not sure.

Hey Dave ... wow! You're a big spender ... thanks for the directions. You must have spent too much money on your "other car"! :) tee hee. I do expect to see you in the front of the line for breakfast! So, did you say, Krispy Kreams ... actually, I will need a diet pop! :) Thanks Dave!
I have a vision in my mind of a scene vaguely reminiscent of one early morning at the Championships in Orlando four years ago... there I was getting in line at the Krispy Kreme, ready to purchase 15 dozen donuts (12 dozen for the team, and 3 dozen for me). As I start to count out my pennies, I look up and there is Andy Baker right in front of me in line doing the same thing! Between the two of us, I think we carried about a quarter-million calories out of the store and back to the pits!

That was hilarious! I ran around all over Orlando looking for a KK, and of course, I find Dave. That is a very fond memory.
As for the cook-out, I am trying to line up a grill for the trip. Hopefully, I can sneak one onto the TechnoKat trailer. If so, I'll be serving up some of my famous grilled bread. yum!

AB - let me know if you need me to slide a grill on the Cyber Blue Express.
I have a Thermos "Grille to Go" (2 actually, still have that one I am storing for work!) that are very portable. We wil just buy the little propane cans when we get there.
Keep in mind that I will be first in line if you are using my grille.

Sorry i don't think team 836 can make it, we sometimes have trouble being in the lobby at 7:00. there is no way they can be there before 6:00.

Andy,
Don't worry, the grill I am "allowed" to bring will be big enough for both of us to use. Besides, I would rather have you grilling and me cooking the wings. We'll figure it out.
Kyle, all I have to say is that you are crazier than I am!
Here is what I have so far for people's commitments:
1. Napkins, plates, forks, cups for 200 - Amanda M., D.J., and David Kelly
2. Donuts (KK, specifically) - Dave Lavery
3. Muffins - Kyle Hughes
4. Grill - Chris Fultz/Andy Baker.1 between the both of you would be better than nothing.
5. Bread (toast, whatever) - Andy Baker
Now, knowing the Wildstang boys will bring whatever I ask; I will just assign some things. WildStang is now on the hook to bring:
1. The hash browns (the ones you brought to Chicago were awesome)
2. 1 gallon of milk
3. Mike S. to bring another table
I know it is hard to coordinate with your respective teams before we all get there so here is my cell phone number that I will have with me at the Championship: 586-873-7547. I am also staying at the Omni CNN center and I will be in the Jocks and Jills restaurant on Wednesday evening watching hockey. Please get in contact with me regarding if your team (or part of your team) is planning on coming to the tailgate. If there is something you wish to bring that is not on the list, please bring it!! I'm sure it will get eaten.
I will see all of you in Atlanta.

We can definitely swing that. I guess I'm in charge of the trailer so I'll make sure there's room for the table. Anything else you want us to bring? Also, I'm not sure if the hash browns came from us or not, but I'll check around.

The tables are packed in the trailer and ready to go. Since we'll be going to the store for milk & hash browns we may as well pick up more food. Sign us up for the bagles, cream cheese, and butter too. Is there anything else you want us to get?
