Ithaca's been growing very fast these last few years... there've been huge commercial expansions in the area. I did a Google News search today for "Ithaca, NY" (bored) and got the following link:

It's from March 29 (very recent) and ranks Ithaca, NY as the #1 emerging city in the nation. Are you on the list?
