This is a close-up of the Ghostbuster building from the first movie. It was the model and was used for the long exterior shots (without the StayPuff Man). It's across the street from the Westin, next door to Hard Rock and Hooters. It's a bank.
It's actually more than a bank, it is the Ritz Carlton Hotel Atlanta.
