almost dropped the thing on my laptop though - I wonder if damage from that would be covered by my accidental damage warranty.

i'm waiting for somebody to take the daring shot at typing their username with the actual robot, using the controls to move a mechanism and type :D

no, any piece that has been on a robot, is on a robot, or would commonly be found on a robot can be used. try not to use general things like screws though

Okay I'm doing this again because my evil friend afflictionblade said no screws...so I have to use something else...my object...a gluestick! (c'mon, i have nothing in this house)

robogirlo0087

The funny thing..in the first one..
I hardly see any letters in your username! *laughs* It's funny.
I even used a gluestick (c'mon, i have nothing robotics related in my home) and I did pretty bad! oy.

That's why you have a caps locks button.
Funny story - When I was younger I hated using the Shift key to make capital letters so I would turn on the caps locks key, type a letter, and then turn off the caps locks key... Anyone else ever do that??

Anyways.

Too easy... And I regressed to my old style of typing capital letters to do those capital letters. :yikes:

I used to do that as well. In fact, i didn't even know there was another way until someone watching me type commented on it. It was kind of embarrasing. After that, however, I never really had trouble adjusting to the new way.

I use my index fingers for the letter and punctuation keys, my ring fingers for the shift and CTRL and ALT....that's it.
