The better question is:

"Does the weird guy know people are watching him?"

;)

I'm guessing he's a spy from a remote country trying to discover secrets about NASA's space program.. too bad all he finds is FIRST stuff. heheheh

Maybe he isn't surprised at all. Maybe that's why he installed the webcam in the first place?

I don't know, guys, ya'll seem kind of blind to me. If you close your left eye, squint your right, and stick a picture of the real dave in front of the imposter, it sort of looks like the real deal. Maybe ya'll are just looking from the wrong angle. :p

No, he's a foreign spy stealing FIRST's game plan for next year!

(If anyone asks, I didn't hire him. ;) )

Man, I pity the poor soul who sits down at Dave's computer, picks his nose at the wrong time and comes home to find a thread about himself on Chief Delphi! ;)

Maybe he is in awe of the giant monitor. Or it's someone trying to figure out what Dave does all day. Or it's an undercover CIA agent going after Dave..I like that one. :)

Ok, I've seen these pics on here quite often. What I would kinda like to know, Is this webcam accessable via the net or is it internally. If via the net if its accessable without password or $$$ whats the site? Just curious

Ha Ha Ha! Man, that is hilarious, I love the idea of a paid subscription to Dave's webcam, like its some sort of seedy underworld entertainment.

FIRSTwiki will explain everything mike. See FIRSTwiki: Dave Lavery (http://www.firstwiki.org/index.php/Dave_Lavery)

Thanks for the links guys. I always wondered what that guy actually does.... ok I kinda know. It would be a thought for a paid subscription.... would anyone pay though?

Perhaps...although remember that it's the federal government's (more specifically, NASA's) web space and bandwidth.

So.. the important question is.. Do Krispy Kremes fit in a Fed-Ex mailer, or is that something else??? Maybe the recipe for Krispy Kremes??

I don't want to be rude, but NASA IS a government agency. As far as that goes, I do not know if it requires you to share computers or offices. NASA is cool, but it probably has different rules about workspace sharing.

Just saw on headline news that there is some big news from mars that came from Spirit. something about finding layers of rock sediment. I was hoping I could come on here to learn more about it, guess I'll start a new link. Whatever the details, It sounds pretty big, and my guess has been keeping him too busy to play around on here with a reply. Can you help with an update lil' lavery?
