Also, a great theme that I would turn up the tv volume everytime it came on, was X-Men the cartoon. Awesome song.

I'm always joking when I say it, but I always tell people that no TV theme can physically top "Happy Happy Joy Joy". That being said, my top theme songs:

Firefly-Ballad of Serenity (I don't care, I'm still free; you can't take the sky from me...)
Angel (a very well done piece combining modern music elements to a pair of violas)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Highlander (Princes of the Universe)
Beretta
Enterprise-Faith of the Heart (although the latest season butchered the song)
Charmed-How Soon is Now (redone from an old 80's song)
Rugrats (simple xylophones)
