Does anyone know of a free program, or any way, to make your own animated avatar?

As you can see, i finally got a program from my friend Greg McCoy called "Microsoft GIF Animator" works well enough, I guess. Thanks for all of your help!

I use Adobe Image Ready for mine.

Don't you think it's ironic that you created an Apple avitar using a Microsoft product? ;)

I use Photoshop in combination with Image Ready. I never got the hang of Paint Shop Pro. I have no clue why. I Love Photoshop.
