One time I had a hard drive burst into flames right in front of me. It smells worse then a burnt dill motor.

You need a new HD when you, like me, is running a Gateway 2000 w/ a 3.6GB HD and you can hear the clicks outside the room in another room with the door shut. In this case, you need a new computer. :D I hope to find another cheap one soon. :cool:
