Say Thank You...With A Good Quote...

I was talking to one of my fellow FIRST friends, and they sent me something really inspiring:

FIRST is changing the world, it’s bringing our generation just what it needs. Friendship, Guidance, Education, Help and it’s helping us guide our lives, instead of our lives guiding us. I can never begin to repay Dean Kamen for how he’s helped me, indirectly through FIRST. It isn’t just him; it’s all the people in FIRST. I owe a debt, as many FIRSTers do, to the entire organization as a whole. Every team, every student, every person involved has help make FIRST what it is today. This is my Thank You.

And come to think of it, there isn't anything I could say to make a better statement. I wish more people would praise FIRST this way. To a point, I wish my thank you skills were tons better because there are so many things I want to say about FIRST and what it means to me. No, I'm not making this into a 'how has FIRST inspired you' thread, but maybe it's time to say thanks.

Oh, and if you guess who said it....you win...a cookie...or something.

This is exactly the way I feel. I would never have been able to afford college if it had not been for FIRST. Thus, my beliefs I am imposing on my new team. Which i created for this very purpose.

I do believe he has more to post, perhaps not, we shall see...
