Hi-Amp Circuit Breaker

I can't find a nut that will fit the bolts on the main circuit breaker. Does anybody know the diameter and thread length?

According to the manufacturer's spec sheet (http://www2.usfirst.org/2004comp/Specs/Bussman_Circuit_Breaker.pdf) it should be a 1/4-28.
