I could never keep up with that room and all the people typing so fast and 5 different conversations going on at once. I remember Arefin trying to figure out who I was.

Actually I don't use my AIM account that often. Usually when I use it is when Elgin starts bugging me to turn on my AIM account.

I am a moderator at a Pokemon message board. One of the mods there (well, maybe former mod--don't remember) was on a FIRST team around 2001 or so.

I came to another one. There was this girl who I talked during an online camp reunion, who lives in Atlanta and was apparently a huge FLL & robotics person but her school didn't have a team so she just spectated. It was funky

It's odd I found someone on BuddyPic (http://www.buddypic.com). They just randomly PMed me saying "Oh I noticed you were into FIRST. Are you doing it this season?" Turns out he's got a rookie team in CA. No idea of the number though. Bummer.
