This song was suggested by a friend; normally, I'd be listening to some pop or Japanese pop. I'm not too sure what genre this song really is; it's telling some sort of story and has a bit of chanting.

Matt Nathanson (http://www.mattnathanson.com/discography/index.shtml)
Ok...this guys album called beneath these fireworks is pretty good. I would suggest it if you like Josh Kelley and John Mayer. Some would say that his sound is too mainstream, i would agree with them on a few of the tracks, but not all. Every artist has thier own "thing." He uses string in a few songs, and that adds a touch of something different. If you have never heard of him, don't feel bad, no one has. Check him out, so you can be a person that knew him before he was big, because he will be.

morrissey - my heart is full
Toni Childs - Walk and Talk Like Angels
you walk like the angels talk
where are you from
you want to walk and talk like angels talk
tell me then some
with a room by the sea
and a voice in the sand
telling me your truth
and telling me your view
in how you see the world
spinning, spinning round
and what is love and what is death
the fears you have to put to rest
and so you walk
like angels talk
you want to walk and talk like the angels talk
this I hear
you want to walk and talk like the angels
tell me then dear
with a smile in the sun
and a face in the sand
sitting on a swing
unfolding bits of string
the face is innocence
but the words are something more
it's in the voice
it's in the sound
it's in the way the world is round
and so we walk
like angels talk
you want to walk and talk like the angels talk
this I hear
you want to walk and talk like the angels
tell me then dear
you see it's easy running angels down
and I can't help but shutter from the sound
it's that small girl
down by the sea
found the angel in me
the words are such
I'll always recall
as they faded into day
as they faded into day
as they faded into day
as they faded into day

Artist: One Ring Zero
Songs: Radio
If I had a radio for everytime you loved me so
I wouldn't have a radio at all
Now I sit and waste my time, my room as quiet as a mime
And I wait for someone glamorours to call
Radio Radio Radio Radio Radio Radio
If I had a cieling fan for everytime you made a plan
Then told me you had plans and couldn't go
The hurricane would wreck my bed and leave my shingled roof for dead
And my broken Heart would scatter to and fro
Hurricane Hurricane Hurricane Hurricane Hurricane
(The next verse is profane)
I wish I had a radio with songs about you
Song: All About House Plants
All the plants are on fire
All the plants are on fire
They have a secret life
They have a secret life
All the plants are on fire
They're looking for a wife
All their pots have turned to gold
And their leaves are almost old
All the plants are on fire
In my house in the rain
Album: As Smart as we Are
Genre: They don't really have one. Radio is kind of like ska, and All About House Plants is a polka. There's also slow ballads, a barroom song, and a country song. The entire album quotes books. It's quite interesting and some songs, like All About House Plants are pretty funny.
