Person of the Year is an annual issue of Time magazine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TIME) that features a profile on the man, woman, couple, group, idea, place, or machine that "for better or worse, has most influenced events in the preceding year."
Yep, that'd be Bush.

I'd agree with this. It's not like Time is implicitly endorsing him by saying this or anything. It's not like this is a partisan shocker. Who else would be a candidate for this year, I ask. I can't think of many people.

I heard that other finalists were Karl Rove, Mel Gibson and Michael Moore.
