219 vs 35 Chain

I was looking on the internet, and found this site ( http://www.tsracing.com/Techtips/TSchain.html ) siting the pros and cons of the two chains in cart racing. I was wondering what kind of chain other teams have had succes with, and more importantly, what kind of chain to stay away from.
