Well, I'm the webmaster and the sub-leader of the Web Design Group 1676.

I used the Korean open source forum program, called eGNU in English version(soon to come out!) and GNUboard in Korean version, which is much simpler than phpBB (I think..).
I translated most important parts and need to translate the comments now :p
I just love this forum because you can have membership policy and also set the skins for the board. It is also very expandable to other things. I just love this program :p I don't know when I'm going to re-disturubute, but it will be soon!!
