projectpoint server problems

We've downloaded the program from https://powerpoint.buzzsaw.com/client/first, but when we enter the (public) screen name to get the parts for our CAD program, it says a connection with the server could not be made, and a server request could not be sent. Is anyone else having this problem, or has someone found a way to go around it?

I have no problem whatsoever getting on to it, but there isn't anything there as for now. I can log on both at school and at my home computer. Maybe it is your firewall or router.
