I know this year they made the rule of the weight without the batterys, but what about the LED sensors?, Will they be weighed along with the robot, and should we make it's weight to accomodate them? And what about the lights?

By LED sensors, do you mean the lights? They are part of the robot, so I guess that they would be weighed. However, they do not weigh much at all.

The only thing that it's not considered in the weight determination is the battery.

But at the Regionals, do we get weighed before or after we put on the LED to chose what team we are on?

But at the Regionals, do we get weighed before or after we put on the LED to chose what team we are on?You will be weighed in with the LED. Since they all weigh the same, it doesn't matter which color you are weighed in with - just pick one and put it on before weigh-in.
