Given the parts we have, has anyone thought up an effective way to build a grabber that is light enough so that we have a complete arm at the end of a match?

I tried the three "finger" kind like you find in arcades, I tried a pole-grabber, I can't get the mechanism light enough.

what material are you using? pvc, aluminum, lexan works. and swiis cheese

I'm using PVC with tips dipped in rubber. Nothing too special
