Does anyone have any links to see examples of Pneumatic Claws? (3-fingers)

you just have to think how hard it is to win those toy machines, imagine how hard it would be with a robot!

That is because they are designed that way and have very weak opening/closing mechanisms!
It is called PROFIT! ;)
See 254/60's claws from last year. Veyr simple efficient 3 prong grabbers.

Actually it might be very discouraging to witness those claws in action.
They never work.

is that a 3/4 or 3/2" bore cylinder on 254/60's arm? and how long was the cylinder?

Well that is your choice, the question is, is there a way to make a 3 fingered claw designed to grab the Tetra's, pneumatic or electric.

well yes, plenty. now the real question is, is there a reliable yet simple way of grabbing a tetra or tetras quickly?
id say if you're going 3 prong pneumatic just might keep things simpler. but thats just me who has never built a robot that uses more motors than the drive system and always incorporates pneumatic components
