so here i am again, beginning to write out and plan our teams chairmans award. But i have a question in the executive summary questions they ask describe the strength of you partnership. Does this mean the partnership with community, sponsors, first, or can i interpret it the way i want to.

It's really all of the above. They want you to describe the partnerships that exist in your team and how strong they are.
