Bumper Sticker Designs

Okay folks. Here are some quickie sketches I came up with to be the bumper sticker. Post a reply to let me know what you guys think (Havent added Justins "My other car is a FIRST robot"). If there is one or two you guys like in specific, I can work on them. Or if you have ideas of your own, post em for everyone to see. The following are descriptions of each:

1 - is just a simple "I [Heart] FIRST" with simply a logo at the end. The heart can be a simple brush-stroke, a full-shaded red heart or the modified circle from the FIRST logo into a heart (See the valentines day card in the CD gallery).

2 - The modfied FIRST logo, with I in the Triangle, Love in the modified circle, and FIRST in the square.

3 - Similar to 2 only vertical. Granted this couldnt fit on a bumper but maybe on a car window.

4 - Is a FIRST-A-Holic one, which can either be the logos that Lora made (Redone to 300 DPI, ah course!) or something else. Just an idea.

5 - If you've ever seen the modification of the FIRST logo where it's turned into a human-like character, that would be what this logo had, only with a big thumbs-up and "FIRST rules!" printed on the sticker.

There goes that. Now as for pricing, 250 stickers run I think around $120 and 500 run about $200. I'll get the official prices to let Y'all know, but I also get a 25% discount on top of that. Depending on how many people were interested, that would determine how much each person would contribute. Then the extras could be spread around, maybe even given to random strangers as a way of promoting FIRST. So, who's in??? B^P

Definitly count me in for a bumper sticker, if not multiple. btw, if you could somehow get the word "robotics" into it, it'd make a lot more sense for people driving behind me that didn't know about FIRST.

Okay folks. Here are some general prices to give everyone an idea. The way I would do it is have everyone who wants one send me a self-addressed-stamped-envelope containing either a check, or cash or whatever way you wanna pay and the number of stickers you guys want. But before you do that, here is the pricing i've gotten so far for the number of bumper stickers at a size of 3.75"x7.5":

I'm really in. I'm glad this is gonna get done. It's really hard to pick one design though. Maybe we could get extras made and take them to nats. You might have to get permission to sell them, although not if you ask for donations,people will buy them.

All the excitement... Okay, so I guess I'll just work on semi-finalized versions of each of the 5 bumper stickers. And no, I dont plan to sell these. These are made by having a group of people put together thier cash to make a large purchase of something they all would love to show off on thier cars. That's the whole reason for the SASE and the exact (down the the penny) costs for the stickers. And just to let you know, costs may actually drop. But before I make that announcement official, lets pick a design, kay? I'm also going to release several FIRST-related buddy icons and some other stuff with which to fill my portfolio and FIRST-A-Holics addictions to this here robotics thing. I'll keep everyone updated though. BTW: Like my first buddy icon??? B^P Nothin like a dancin logo to get the evenin goin...
