looks like a way to choose your auto modes. it seems like it may be a little heavy, but it looks awesome!

How did you make the text? Is it silkscreened? Give some details? I would love to add text like that to some of my projects.

I used Macromedia Fireworks. It's a lot of work though. I measured the dimensions of the box and made the image that size. The rest is guess and check. It took me about 20 printouts until I got it right. Good luck!

I was really asking how you got the text onto the panel, not how you made the image. Is it silkscreened? A piece of transparent somehting? Wait... On second look it appears you just printed it on a piece of paper and glued that down

Oh sorry, Ya its plain paper glued on with 3M Spray Adhesive.
