Website Design Award

I've looked all over the FIRST site and I can't find any information on the website design award. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? I need to find where to submit the url. Thanks.

It says on page 3 of the manual that you are supposed to submit your URL on the Team Information Management System (TIMS) and that's about all it says.
Last year, we did this and I guess we were automatically entered into the Website Design competition because we did receive our Website Excellence 2004 logo to add to the site.

The guidelines also say that in addition to having your website submitted on TIMS you have to register for the award on www.firstawards.org

Here's what the manual says about the website award and submitting.

9.7.1 Submission and Deadline Information

Only team websites that are entered into Firstawards.org by 12:01 a.m EST on February 19, 2005 will be
judged. Team websites are eligible for these awards at every regional event in which the team is competing.
Only one electronic Website Excellence certificate will be awarded per team for the entire competition
season. A team is eligible to win the Best Website award at multiple regional events.
