It could be worse, I know of a site that was attacked by Christian hackers who are spreading the word of Jesus through hacking.
No, I am not making that up.
Atleast they were just script kitties, they didn't do anything to the forums or such...

Now here's the question: who made these people mad?
Or, why did they target chiefdelphi.com in the first place?

They go around, probably via script, and look for insecure sites. It probably wasn't targed at us, but more so at the vunerabilities in our setup. I was a bad admin and didn't upgrade something I should have a while ago. It's upgrading now .. shouldn't be any future problems.
Anybody remember the Perl.Santy worm?

Hacking web sites sounds like something Christians wouldn't do. Especially against Chief Delphi.

im guessing you guys saying its an oxymoron and stuff christians wont do are christian? well no offense but there will always be a bad apple in a bunch. and sorry to be rude but being christian doesnt mean they are never bad. not close. and also you never know they were christians who did that. could be a different person trying to give christians a bad name by hacking and saying it was christians. well w/e im a little pissed right now because 2 other forums i frequent have christian 'seducers'. and they are forums with rules against that type of thread and whatnot. so is the christian community flooding the internet with 'advice' or is there a single person or group really working on pissing people off using chritianity as an excuse.

Alright, alright, alright - this is way off topic.
The problem's been solved; can we close this thread now? Thanks.
