I was going over the default code and i looked at delays.h . the file contains several functions that cause verious delays. the delays are measured in "Tcy" , what are those? are those Cycles or TeraCycles or TimerCycles ? and what do they mean in seconds?

I have another question. suppose I use two or three encoders and in order to get the right value from them I need to use interrupts . can I use three different timers? or should i use the same timer but different interrupts?
