We cannot save sound when we generate an AVI from 3ds max. It works when we save a MOV, but not AVI.
Any suggestions?

Although I do not use max, I know you could download a converter, to convert from MOV to AVI. Just search for one on google, you will probably find one, but I am not sure of how to from max.
