Darnit, 179! All the drooling caused by your sweet robot created a puddle on my laptop's keyboard!
Can't wait to see it at Palmetto.
...!!!!
That's awesome. I don't think anything else can be said.

That is absolutely amazing!!
I thought our robot looked good (this is the first year we have painted the chassis), but when I look at that I feel totally humbled ...and inspired to take my team's artwork to the next level.
Is it just me or does it look like the black portion of the chassis held on by zipties?
I also like the outrigger setup and the unique positioning of the wheels (the middle wheel is farther out than the others).
Excellent job! I love it!

What are those pneumatic braces for? Are you planning on planting yourself by the middle goals and defending / capping ? Anyhow, sweet robot.

I would guess her name is Swampthing 2k5 ...
Swampthing always came up with an effecting robot for the competition... in my opinion, one of the best organized team in Florida.
If I go to the scrimmage, I will get to see that beast... cant wait.

*chuckles* I'd say our team have spent more time getting our robot actually built than decorating it, so far anyway. Kudos to you guys for coming up with a design like that. :) Very nice, from what I can see. Will look forward to spotting you at the competition in March.

I am assuming they have multiple purposes like the one you mentioned above. One is to knock off the hanging tetra at the beginning of the match, to interact with the goals, and to prevent other teams from getting near there robot. If that last one is the case, then those arms better be strong.
The robot is looking nice. I cannot wait to see it (hopefully this Saturday). ;)
