sorry about image quality, i had to size it down in paint. So, what do you kiddies think of our baby?
It looks great, are you going to clean up the wiring though? How much does it weigh and how fast can it stack?
I love the cross shaped lifter that looks like it will be effective.

yeah, the wiring is on the to do list along with the camera. Without the camera and steel plate in the back, we are 101.7. The plate is going to be 18 lbs, its just for a counter weight. We havent been able to test how fast if stacks fully yet, we are going to take it to the gym tomorrow after school and play with it. The cross is really effective. I was skeptical at first, but i love it now, The tetras rarely slip off the end, and when they do, its usually due to my driving.

Interesting design!
How're you gonna hang the tetras?
Well, I have no comments about the wiring... :ahh:
Looks like a chair on wheels to me. Does it have much chasis flex? gj
:]

the cross works well, and requires only a little bit of skill to line up while driving. The wiring is being fixed tomorrow during the day off. Yeah, i want to mount a cushion over the electronics, then ill have a throne. The chassis will not flex at all. And believe me, weve tried, the welds are really strong.

We tested that cross-shaped tetra skewer, and found that it worked great and had no moving parts. The team felt that it was too simple to be interesting and ultimately it was rejected in favor of a design that uses two grabbers and three pneumatic cylinders. Make sure you let us know how it worked in the tournament.
Sigh.

I hate the wheels with a passion, they are a downgrade from the great pneumatic ones we used last year, these slip when you dont want them to, and grip when you dont want to. If we had the time, we would switch them to the better ones, but, ship date is tues, and we dont have the wheels.
