I uploaded the default code with 2 changes, a printf in autonomous that says we are in autonomous, and a printf in manual to say we are in manual

When I load IFI terminal it initializes and does nothing else.

My team is complaining that it is not hardware, but I do not believe them. Any suggestions?

Are you getting a code error LED on the board?

my team is having a problem with the drive motors i think, am told that it is the code, and i don't believe them either, but, well, the pwm the code gave me right being 13 and or 14 and left being 15 and or 16, but isn't working, so what would be the problem there, please help me we r cutting it close, it worked fine till we found out we were suppose to use all 4 victors :ahh:

from what i have heard from other people, and others on this forum, try to stay away from pwm 13,14,15,and 16, switch to 01,02,03,04 and then see what happens

How are you putting it into autonomous mode? Competition port box?

Is the OI on and running? What lights does it show?

that is what we had done at the beginning, but then i was given that it didn't work as forward being forward and left being left and all that stuff, so i take another look at the code, and it says,to use those ports, which didnt' work right, until, this was when we were using only 2 victors, 11 and 13 made it work fine, but now that we have 4, can't tell where to put them, since still only two work, and i gotta have it fixed ASAP, due to shipping date being tuesday, the school is tottaly closed on monday for presidents day, so we pack it up saturday and ship it tuesday morning, so i need to find out how to fix it by saturday, and it is like :yikes: since they didn't have it right in the first place, and sorri, is out first year also, a noobie team, lol

Nothing is sending it to autonomous, everything is connected

Our 2004 botcode is working on the robot, but this year's default isn't

Well, 2.2 for this year is kinda mostly working occasionally, but 2.4 isn't

Make sure your printf commands are using /r instead of /n. /n will cause the system to stop responding.

I dont know if this is your type of problem but we were initially having problems with our controller too. Things wouldnt go in reverse when we were using the joysticks. We tried switching joysticks and that fixed our problem! After testing multiple joysticks (from 2003 and 2004 as well) we found out that two of our white joysticks and one black joystick were apparently broken; one white one wouldnt work at all and the other 2 didnt work in the reverse axis, no matter which ports we used. Anyone else had this problem?
