The time of the titles is part of the 30 second, or only the animation need to be 30 second?

The 30 second time limit is only for the animation.
The initial title frame is 5 seconds followed by 1 second of black.
After the animation, if you want credits, there should be 1 second of black and then the credits, which can be any length.
