This is one heck of a robot for what they had. I really need to give my props to Beth and Paul. This is my other rookie team I am pulling for this year. Go 1504! WOOT!

Thanks for the kind words! When I think about it, I can't believe it either. We didn't even start building until week three, and we didn't buy any parts until week five due to financial uncertainty. There were also no engineers, just a bunch of college freshmen and sophomores as mentors.

I want to thank team 1243 for giving us their transmissions (we used them for the shoulder), and kitbot, which we used for extra aluminum...along with team 33 for giving us the 6 inch wheels and treads, along with programming help for our arm.

Any questions, feel free to ask.

Oh, and can you tell that we have 3 HOT alumni mentoring the team? ;) :D

I'm expecting lots of great things to come from this team in the future, just from lookin' at the bot and talking to Pat.. Good luck and see you all at WMR!

Notice the shoulder gearbox being used as a counterweight....We figured we'd use those bricks to our advantage!

That robot looks very familiar in a way! :D

Props to Beth for getting the team started and Justin and Dane for their engineering help to the team.
I saw a video of it; it was so rock solid!

Hopefully we'll be with you guys in some matches at WMR!

We would also like to thank team 67-HOT for donating parts for our wheels and 573-Mech Warriors for donating pnuematics. The veteran teams were so good to us this year, we're so greatful! And thank you for all of the sweet comments, we're very flattered!

Does it flip down? Seems like the base is too long! Looks great! Amazing job from a rookie team.

amazing.. I don't know what to say, the rookie bots this year are facinating-- great leadership, I bet all the students gained much with only college mentors ~ Hopefully we'll see each other at nationals!

It looks like there are some pneumatics that extend the left side of the robot for a bigger wheelbase...
And yeah, the rookie bots look quite amazing from what I've seen.

Thank for all the kind words from everyone. I helped this team on the weekends and I was very impress with the production we had. Didn't have any build materials until week 3. Between having an amazing group of kids and a wide spread of alumni mentors we did very well in that time. Once again thank you to all the teams that have helped us out. Hopefully we'll see a lot of you in West Michigan.
