This is one of the coolest models I've ever seen. Too bad it costs as much as the real thing.

$250,000 for a 1/4 scale viper V-10 engine!!! You could have almost 3 Vipers for that cost. The only reason for someone to buy it is to waste money...but I do have to say that it is very cool. But the statement that "...you will never see another one." may not be completely true ;).

Wow, that is incredible. Where did you see the price? Also, where did you see that 1/4 scale viper engine for 250 grand?

These are pretty cool. I'd spend all day trying to do burn outs.
You can find the prices by clicking on the links on the Products (http://www.conleyprecision.com/products.htm) page, to view each individual item.
The price for the V-10 Viper is located in the last paragraph on the Pictures (http://www.conleyprecision.com/pictures.htm) page.
Why not build one of your own? Have a look at

photo 12 is a Ford flathead V8 one of the guys in my club built, completely from scratch. There are also a couple 4 cylinder engines, and a lot of other interesting mechanical stuff.

You think that this is cool?
Just wait till you see one first hand!
I was at this RC show today http://www.wram.org/ and Conley was there!
I was watching the videos of the different things they placed their engines in to.
It did not really seem all that powerful in the 84 pound monster truck they had it in.
They had a mini bike there at the show to, along with other displays, that they put one of there V8's in, however, they did not allow anyone to drive it
It is pretty impressive to see how much work goes into one of these things!
For any of you RC fans that may be out there, I got to see the new Traxxas Jato first hand, but they did not show it off.

well 84 lbs is quite heavy. rc is all about power weight ratio. thats why those 12 scale on road cars 'fly'
but did they use nitro fuel or petrol?

I think the guy said that they used some kind of nitro, but still.
A 1/4 size V8 should MOVE or atleast I think it should!
:)
Wishing I had $
