i must say, it brought tears to my eyes, it's gorgeous. I can go on about how good it is all day, but in the end it wouldn't really help (just trust me when i say it is). The only thing i would point out is that it's a pain to use if the user is using a resolution below 1024x768 (at 800x600 the flash's size is too large, thus i have to scroll to get to navigation etc.) and above 1280x960 (text is too small to read after this point). Personally i don't think it's a huge problem, i just thought i'd help you with ideas.

Wow, this is a great website. This is one of the best, if not the best team websites I have seen. Good Job and keep up the great work.

It's a beautiful website--knocks the socks off what I could do.
I would check to be sure that the FIRST logo meets their standards (http://www.usfirst.org/4vol/resourcectr/downloads/FIRSTlogoStandards_Q.pdf), though--I think you need may need to change how you added it in.
But other than that, it's a great site!

Do you have any suggestions per the logo? I've gone through that document scratching my head. It leaves you with the option not to include their logo... lol

Perhaps use the designed-for-dark version of the logo? I think it'd look about right on your background. Just make sure it doesn't get washed out--if it does, I'd say to switch to the B&W logo.
