It has all the legacy documents of pre - 2004.

I had checked that site, but it doesnt have the 2002 Default Code, only the 2003 materials. The '03 code is usable for what I am planning, but if anyone could tell me where I can get the '02 code, I'd appreciate it.

You probably should try the Jan 14, 2002 to get the best results.
