Its a little early, but I'll go ahead and start the official Las Vegas Regional league for Fantasy FIRST. We'll use the same rules and points as set aside with the other leagues, except there will be 3 team alliances, because there aren't many teams at Las Vegas.

Here you go:
also here is a good explanation on what Fantasy FIRST is by Levin 571.

You pick 3 teams (based on a draft order that will be put out later), a possible prize is chosen like rep or shirts, then you watch the competition. Two points for each win your teams collect, 1 for a tie, 0 for a loss.

If you want to later you can send in a list of what teams you want but it all depends on the draft order if you actually get those teams.

you are allowed to trade teams only fairly though 1 for 1 or 2 for 2 even 3 for 3. the dead line for trading is the wed. before the competition.

Once everyone is signed up for a regional there is a draft in which an order is put out and you pick teams going to that event. If you are lucky you will get both of your teams, however there is also a chance that you will get neither one.

Sorry, I've been busy and haven't been on the ball with this. I've PMed spadercool twice about his turn with no response, and we'll have to start the timed portion of the draft soon. I would recommend 11:00 AM EST tomorrow for the start, with 10 minutes per turn. That'll finish the draft in about 5 1/2 to 6 hours.

Sadly, I really dont have the time to run the draft. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would offer to run this draft, or if people would just send their lists in to me to get this done quick.

For now, spadercool has had four days to pick, and I haven't been able to contact him, so we'll have to move on. I have created a list here (http://hhsrobotics.circuitrunners.com/fflist.xls) that will act like the JVN list for last year's championship, but this one will have to be based on last year's ranks as not many of the vegas teams have already competed this year. I was unable to find stats for teams 359, 368, 988, and 990, so they will be grouped with the rookies. Once we get to the rookies (and the aforementioned teams) on the list, we will just go in order of number.

With that, I don't think spadercool will be stopping by any time soon, so he will get the first unpicked team from this list, Team 1266.

Now that its my turn, I'll take Team 1324.
