what is the best php based gallery that you know of? i am currently using Gallery (http://gallery.menalto.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=index). I am looking for one with better aesthetics.

Check out Gallery version 2 (http://gallery.menalto.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=151&mode=thread&order=0&thold=0). It has much improved skinning capabilities.

i have used coppermine in the past. i switched to gallery becasue it kept crashing and it never worked.

ill give g2 a try but i didnt go that route to begin with because its till in beta testing.
