Autonomous box

Does anyone know how to make an autonomous box? I only need a disable switch and a program switch. More specifically, I only need the pins to all the buttons.

There is a competition port pinout diagram available at www.ifirobotics.com in the operator interface section. We've been meaning to make one of what you are talking about but we just use a paperclip for right now :D
