FIX-IT-WINDOW HELP!!

I was under the impression there was going to be a piece of paper that we had to sign saying we complied with the fix-it-window rules and regs. I have yet to see that piece of paper. Does anyone know anything about this? I can't find it anywhere in the manual or online.

The paper is the inspection checklist. Before you compete, the student captain, student safety captain and the team lead mentor need to sign the bottom saying you have followed all of the rules.
