this is a two part question:

1) are there any off season competetions going on this spring, 2005

and

2) as i am a senior i will be graduation in june 05, i am a driver for my rookie team...and i was wondering if i am i still eligible to drive at the off season events since it is still part of this year and i will not be a college kid till august?

I believe Battlecry@WPI 6 will be held June 17-18, 2005 at Worcester Polytech.

I believe that most of the off season events occur in late summer and fall. And I believe that most competitions would still let you drive, as they are usually a little more lenient on things like that than FIRST is. However, a lot of teams use off-season competitions to train new drivers in matches against other teams. It is a great opportunity to see how other students perform when in an actual competition.

PARC is always held early May. (Mothers Day Weekend)

I believe this year it will be May 7th.
You would be able to drive there.

Tunkhannock, PA.

Cliff, 222.... verify the date?

:) Mayhem at Merrimack is going to be held June 11 (tentative date) in Merrimack, NH! We'd love to see your team there and noones gonna make a stink if a graduating senior is driving (though offseason is an awesome time to train younger drivers to take over for you next year!)

Hope to see you all at Mayhem!

Duel on the Delaware is in the fall... hope that isn't too late for you. Off season competitions tend to be more relaxed on the rules than official FIRST events. I'm fairly confident that as long as your team doesn't have a problem with you driving, you will be able to drive during matches.
